We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again: it’s the people and employees at Anderson Shumaker who make our company truly successful. Our dedicated employees are eager to learn, show great integrity, have confidence, excellent attention to detail, and above all, are diversely talented. Our carefully crafted company culture is a unique part of our forging business. Therefore, when we add to our company in any capacity – personnel, consultants, or interns – we take time to find the right fit not just for talent, but for professionalism and hard work too.

When Anderson Shumaker’s new owners took charge in 2018, they knew it was important to bring the right people on board to complement the existing staff. To this end, we’re proud to say that we’ve added some incredible people to our team.

New Personnel:

We’ve added a few new faces both in and out of the forge shop and office. These employees are part and full time and add support or work newly created positions, helping Anderson Shumaker achieve our goals. For example, new personnel includes:

Strategic Consultants:

While we’ve already discussed our excellent IT Consultant, we haven’t mentioned our other expert consultants. For instance, the new management brought in metallurgy and communication experts to oversee and create new goals and programs within Anderson Shumaker.

Internship Program:

Talent growth and retention are extremely important, and therefore education and youth development are among the new management’s greatest passions. To this end, they are developing a robust internship program designed to attract, grow, and retain talent.
