Our carefully crafted company culture is a unique part of our forging business. Therefore, when we add to our company in any capacity – personnel, consultants, or interns – we take time to find the right fit not just for talent, but for professionalism and hard work too.
When Anderson Shumaker’s new owners took charge in 2018, they knew it was important to bring the right people on board to complement the existing staff. To this end, we’re proud to say that we’ve added some incredible people to our team.
We’ve added a few new faces both in and out of the forge shop and office. These employees are part and full time and add support or work newly created positions, helping Anderson Shumaker achieve our goals. For example, new personnel includes:

While we’ve already discussed our excellent IT Consultant, we haven’t mentioned our other expert consultants. For instance, the new management brought in metallurgy and communication experts to oversee and create new goals and programs within Anderson Shumaker.
