Happy holidays from your friends at Anderson Shumaker! Yesterday was our annual company holiday luncheon. Consequently, our workforce took a break from forging and we turned the shop floor into a winter wonderland. One of the best parts of Anderson Shumaker is our amazing company culture. For instance, our annual holiday party gathers all employees – from the shop floor to upper management – to mingle and have a little happy holiday fun. It’s also a chance for us to show off all the amazing accomplishments we’ve achieved in 2019.

Holidays are important to the Anderson Shumaker family. We look forward to our yearly holiday party so we can mix and mingle with coworkers, suppliers, and customers alike. When Carl Anderson founded Anderson Shumaker in 1902, he started with only 12 master forgers. Today, we’ve grown to a staff of 50+ talented individuals. Our employees are the very heart of our workforce. Without them, we wouldn’t have achieved our impressive certifications, forge quality products, or meet our reliable on-time deliveries.
Holidays are a time for gatherings and traditions. Therefore, we come together strengthen the bonds of our workforce and celebrate their success and contributions. Holiday celebrations also give everyone a sense of belonging to a larger group; something bigger than ourselves.
