Today our employees are taking a break from forging to celebrate the upcoming holidays with our annual “holiday open house” luncheon. One of the best parts of working at Anderson Shumaker is our stellar company culture. For example, today’s holiday luncheon lets our forge shop employees, sales & management staff, suppliers, customers, and outside consultants meet, mingle, and have a little fun. Likewise, everyone gets to see the amazing strides Anderson Shumaker has made since our new owners took the reins in June 2018.

Today, our numbers have grown to 50+ talented employees. Although we’re a small company, we’ve got a big heart, and our workforce is the core of our success. Therefore, we like to celebrate their roles in our success whenever possible.
